Is the southest portion of Desoto 11N 12 W, too deep and too hot to drill? Will we be last?

Is the southeast portion of DeSoto too deep and hot to drill with current equipment and technology?
Does this mean we may be last to be developed?
I am catching up on reading and read a transcript from a presentation which said they had to go too deep with the Olympia well and that it was too hot. It also mentioned the pressure was very high because of the depth. That well never made it to completion and is now shut in.
it was in 9N 12W.
Is 2 tick north 11N out of the deep and hot zone?
