Thanks for the link sesport. I have not followed it this, but there has been a big debate on the impact of this Canadian pipeline for oil. I will start looking for news stories and send them to you when they come up if you would like.

No, there is no potential for ANY gas to play a part in the Keystone Project. It is an oil pipeline only and Canada has gas reserves of their own.
The important thing about gas is that there are a number of projects in the works to convert Natural Gas to liquid fuels. Diesel to be exact. Shell is leading the pack with Valaro (sp?) and others falling in behind. That will be the push in the near future. This was on Fox Business yesterday by a man from Oppenheimer. And I have personal knowledge of construction that is getting ready to start on units that will process and convert NG to fuel oils. These unit will be in both Louisiana and Texas.
Is that the correct link for the EnSys report? I found it on this link.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
