After looking at it some more and thinking about it, I notice that many HS operators are listed (CHK, J-W, Midstream, Hawk Services) for DeSoto, Caddo, Bossier Parishes, is it usual practice for an expedited permit to be requested?
Thanks again. I wonder how gov't. employees can "charge hourly rates" to do gov't. work, but that's not my interest in this report.

If that's all this report is, than that's all it is. I guess it could just serve as a reference for the permit numbers.
