For anyone that can help, I found this pdf and wondered ...
1. what I was looking at and
2. how members should interpret & best use the information to stay on top of development & issues related to it.

http://www.deq.louisiana.gov/apps/pubNotice/pdf/open_expedited_requ...

One member has been helpful by suggesting it involves permits for air & water as it relates to flaring and waste water. (Thank you again. ) For those in the know, can you help?

Best always - sesport :0)

This is a way to encourage employees to fall behind.
Thank you, Braveheart.

After looking at it some more and thinking about it, I notice that many HS operators are listed (CHK, J-W, Midstream, Hawk Services) for DeSoto, Caddo, Bossier Parishes, is it usual practice for an expedited permit to be requested?
Thanks again. I wonder how gov't. employees can "charge hourly rates" to do gov't. work, but that's not my interest in this report.

If that's all this report is, than that's all it is. I guess it could just serve as a reference for the permit numbers.

Have a good evening - sesport :0)
