Since when Australia took over Encana, non of the owners where notified of the change, we haven't seen a royality check in months, if it was sold to Australia a new lease should have been signed, no owner got the memo.
Can anybody tell whats up?

Mary, your lease continues in effect as long as the unit has production. No new lease is required. I doubt that there is any requirement by the state for Australis to inform mineral lessors of the change in operator. If you had sufficient ownership interest in the unit to be getting a check each month from Encana and you haven't received a check in the last six months, then you need to follow up with Australis.
