I am new to the forum, and have learned quite a bit reading through the posts. I do have a couple of questions that I have not been able to find direct answers too, and was hoping someone here could help. I have mineral rights leased to St Marys on acerage in the WM Humphries survey just NE of San Augustine. How does one go about finding out what pool or section their leased property is included in, or is intended to be included in. The Ironosa well seems very close to our property, and I wondering if we may be part of the royalties that would be paid from this well. Also, if one is indeed due royalties what is an approximate time frame before these are paid after the well goes in. Thank you for any advice offered.
