leases in sabine county

  I have some mineral rights in Isaac A-25 near Rosevine, anything promising in that area. I read where Devon, Cabot had picked up our current lease. The lease will terminate in Dec. What then ?

If they drill a well before the lease expires it will remain in force for as long as there is production. If not, your lease will expire. If a company wants to lease/re-lease you will they will contact you.
