And an equal amout for FY 2010 from the Impact Assistance Fund administered by the MMS to restore portions of the coastline. (dated Apr. 2009) Now, for an HS Impact Assistance Fund from the MMS, lol. Hey, it could happen!

Thanks Braveheart. You directed me there once before and I've been watching the progress of the bill along with HB 110 and some others. The funds I mention are coming from MMS, federal funds. I was hoping that eventually some kind of allocation might be made for restoration on dry land, too.
