Natural Gas is still up 400% in 10 years on a year over year average!

This won't be the end either according to The Kiplinger Letter . A general description of their vision of the future states that the sheer size of the discoveries along with the technological advances to bring it to market more profitably along with the inevitable Congressionally controlled emission limits make for a market where the price of gas will grow sharply based on the demand for gas powered electricity. They do however think that the increased production could constrain price in the short term(1 year). Great newsletter by the way!

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
