I am a new member. Someone is offering me a lot more for my property than it is worth (so I thought) so after investigating I see there is a lot of oil and gas activity in the area. Shelby County, Texas between Center and San Augustine, Neuville community. Who would I contact to see about a lease, and what are good rates at this time? Thanks for any help. Grateful- Allen
