Gov shutdown. As result futures trade with unknow info this week which may result in upward move slightly in future prices.

FYI, EIA has recently posted a 10/22 (Tuesday) release date for this week's otherwise regularly scheduled report.  They also advise a return to the regular schedule for Thursday, 10/24.
