I've shared the below link to the applications on the hearing schedule previously but wanted to provide additional information.  I do this search everyday and put all the Haynesville applications in a tracking spreadsheet I maintain.  I have had continual problems trying to make sure I'm not missing any applications.  If I merely use the link below, the order of dates and docket numbers often don't make sense.  Here are two tips.  You can change the number of dockets you see by using Actions>Format>Rows Per Page.  Sometimes that helps but I have started using another way to view the dockets.  Use the "Open in New Tab" option and see if that helps.  I now use that each time I review the applicatons.

Thanks Skip.
I look at this link as well and I have never noticed that option

You're welcome, John.  There are now so many options in the new version SONRIS, it is easy to miss some.

Thanks, Skip for all you do for us and info you share.

You're welcome, Trish.

The other search that I do each day is for well permits. Using the link below, in the left hand column I check Well Information and in the right hand column I check Well Information Search.  The only two blanks to use are the Date From and the Date To.  Use the drop down box and highlight the dates you wish to use.  Since I do it daily, the current date is already highlighted.  You can search for a week or a month just by toggling the dates to reflect the period you wish to search.  Hit the Execute button.

Thank you for this information, I was in receipt of a letter where a hearing was requested by Aethon, how do I find out the status of the request?

Use the link below. Click Open In New Tab. Click Search Type.  Search by Applicant Name.  Enter Aethon.  After the hearing date, there will be a field order that looks just like the application.  There are 140 Aethon applications.  Go to the most recent applications by using the arrows.  Let me know if you need any help.

Thank you!

You're welcome, Melinda.  I take it that you can now successfully search the public hearing docket agenda.

Yes, thank you so much.  Also, if I may ask, how do I find permitted wells that the permits are still active?  I have found a map that shows two permitted wells in my sections, I am not sure of the dates, these two wells are not the three that are in public hearing.

Thank You!

When a well permit is approved that well is added to the wells listed for a particular section/unit.  Keeping in mind that wells are organized in the database by the surface location and the surface location is not always included in production, the newly permitted well will appear as Status Code 01.  The SONRIS Well file will show if the well has been spud and is in the process of drilling. Once the well is drilled to total depth and the well is cased, the rig leaves or is drilling another well on the same surface location.  At that point the Status Code changes from 01 to 31.  Status 31 is a well waiting on completion.  In other words, waiting to be fracked.  Keep in mind that many current wells may be drilled from a surface location north or south of the section or sections being produced.  To simplify checking on the progress of a specific well, when you find it record the serial number.  Then when you want to check progress you only need to enter the serial number and click Execute.

Thank You!
