PAYMENT FROM HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLED ACROSS SECTIONS

RECIEVED NOTICE ON TWO HORIZONTAL IN SECTION 33 GREENWOOD WASKAOM FIELD.  I WAS TOLD OWNER WOULDBE PAID ON HALF PRODUCTION FROM EACH HORIZONTAL. IS THIS CORRECT AND OW IS THE PRECENTAGE ESTABLISHED

We are deep in the weeds here, M B.  :-)

What I would like to see is a copy of a DO, specific to a single HC well, that uses the formula on page 2 of Andrew's letter to state an amended royalty decimal interest.  Not an allocation decimal interest.  If there is such a DO, I would like to see a royalty statement that uses that amended HC royalty decimal.  Anyone that has one or both but doesn't care to share a copy can simply post a reply if they understand what is being asked.
