Penn Virginia

Just got word that Penn Virginia is delaying their monthly royalty checks because of an account system conversion.  Why can't these companies get their systems worked out before there is a problem.  Penn Virginia is a good company.... but it seems it is being plagues by government healthcare computer problems.
