Does anybody have experience selling right of way to Centerpoint Energy? What is the going rate per Rod?

As of yesterday $400.00 per rod . But I don't know any other details of the contracts offered.
$400 standard price, up to $500 in certain circumstances. Not sure exactly what these circumstances would be. Maybe some damages included. All contracts are different depending on the situation.
Do you mean Tiger? Centerpoint was completed last year. So far the most they have offered for the 42" Tiger is $700 a rod and up to $1000 if they have equipment other than pipeline on it.
No I mean Centerpoint. What is Tiger?
Andy, this would be the new 42" ET Tiger Pipeline that will be constructed over the next year or two. The route roughly parallels the recently completed 42" Centerpoint Pipeline and 42" Gulf South Pipeline.
Centerpoint in Shreveport contacted me about 3 months ago to get permission to survey for a pipeline across my land in Red River Parish. It is near Mt. Zion Cemetery. They did the survey but I have heard nothing since then. It seems it may be extension of the Tiger Pipeline or another running the same route.
The Breedlove well (Samson Contour) in the north west corner of S36 14N 10W is 1/2 a mile or so north of the Mt Zion Cemetary and they have plans to drill another well just north of the Breedlove location in the south west corner of S25 14N 10W. The gas from these two wells are going to be piped 1 mile to the east and tied into to the pipeline at the Wood's location in the south west corner of S30 14N 9W. I was told there is going to be a processing station (whatever that means) built at the Wood location. Samson holds leases in sections 25 and 36 of 14N 10W and sections 30, 31 and 32 of 14N 9W Red River parish.
Edit to above post:
I don't know about Centerpoint, but Samson Contour is offering $200 per rod plus timber damages in this area.
MJC, the processing station you referred to is probably centralized treating for removal of CO2 & H2S if required. That may be the location for future gas compression also.
My land is in section 36 Bracky Branch and I think is is adjoining the Breedlove porpetry that the Samson Well is in that has just been drilled. I live out of state so I have not seen where the well is located. I am following the drilling on Sonris. This is the section that Centerpoint surveyed a few weeks ago. I have not heard anything else since they did the survey. I think this will be part of the Tiger Pipeline running from Cathage to Perryville. On the internet there is a good map and it looks as if it is part of the ANR Haynesville Lateral Project.
Looks to me like the 42" line is north of 36-14-10 by a few miles. Anyone know where can we see a more detailed map?
Bet, it is likely Centerpoint is installing the gathering lines in that area. This gas would be aggregated and treated and then would be delivered to one of the two recently installed 42" pipelines (Centerpoint & Gulf South) or the 42" ET Tiger Pipeline that is under construction. All three pipelines move gas to Perryville in northeast Louisiana for delivery to other pipelines.

By the way, the ANR Haynesville Lateral is being considered but has not been filed with the FERC or approved.
