Pipeline ROW through A-43

    Anybody else been contacted concerning ROW through A-43?  I'm getting some seemingly low-ball offers from the ROW agent for a 20" pipeline that's gonna run right through the middle of my property and destroy a whole lotta trees. What says y'all?

Do not trust these people I was approached in2009 for a pipeline row across my 20acre timber tract on a major highway it would have come across almost my entire road frontage .at that time I learned other land owners they were getting at least 500 per rod. Mind you this is 2009. They offered me 75 dollars a rod but if I held out 100 dollars a rod (wink wink) i threw those turds off my land!
