Plugged and Abandoned / Temporarily Abandoned

I have a question concerning the geological map from the AOG site, concerning the LSBD. The indicator showing what stages the drilled wells are in currently use the same symbol for both Plugged and Abandoned wells and Temporarily Abandoned wells.  For instance the symbol for the Roberson Well has that symbol on the map. Is there some way, that I'm not aware of, to find out if a well is Abandoned or only just temporairly abandoned? I would appreciate any help with this question.
