All ownership interests in the drilling unit, HA RA SU62, will share in the production. If HA RA SU62 is composed of the entire section, yes. The surface location is irrelevant. Keep in mind that the unit operator will still need to get a well permit to drill for each well and approval of the alternate unit well spacing is effective indefinitely and does not include any time constraints for drilling.
