received a letter stating a pre-application for two alternate horizontal cross unit laterral wells in section HA RA SU62 in bienville parish.Will everyone in this section receive royalities or just the land owner where the wells are located?

If HA RA SU62 is composed of the entire section, yes. The surface location is irrelevant. Keep in mind that the unit operator will still need to get a well permit to drill for each well and approval of the alternate unit well spacing is effective indefinitely and does not include any time constraints for drilling.
