Production Sharing Agrements

If any information regarding production sharing agreements has been previously posted... please direct me to the link.  If not... what can you tell readers about these agreements.  Live in Texas and company is thinking of drilling a horizontal well that could run inside and outside the current boundary of the unit where i own minerals.  Thanks, jhh
