I'm new to this forum and am looking for some help.
I inherited 5 acres in Bienville Parish which has a timber lease. There is currently very little oil and gas revenue. I recently received purchase offers from two different oil companies. I live out of state and do not no much about the industry. Is there new drilling or other activity that would create new demand? The land is in Section 26. Any thoughts on value?
Thanks
