I have no idea of the "going price." But, for what it is worth, a year ago, I granted a 30' ROW and a servitude for a 16-inch gathering line. I was paid $500/rod plus $2500/acre in damages. I have no idea if this is pertinent to your situation. The ROW and servitude were granted for as long as the company chose to operate the pipeline.
How much if any will they pay to run a water line accross your property and can they just put it in along ROW without permission.
