SCOTUS Refuses to Hear Case on Government-Sought Royalty Recoveries in Deepwater GOM

High court's refusal to hear the case ends the Department of the Interior's attempts to claim royalties from deepwater GOM lessees executed under the Deep Water Royalty Relief Act of 1995.
