You can only receive royalties from a Unit that your minerals are in.

Deborah, if you are in HA RB SULL you are not in S31-T14N-R14W.

S30-T14N-R14W, HA RB SULL Unit, EnCana, Bethany-Longstreet Field, DeSoto Parish
S31-T14N-R14W, HA RB SUMM Unit, EnCana, Bethany-Longstreet Field, DeSoto Parish

Thanks to all who replied. I am in Sec 31 T14N an R14W I have 2 maps one for Encana Haynesville Res. B Zone is HA RB SUII There are 5 units In haynesville Reservoir B Ha RB SuEE
tnrough HA RB SUii I also am covered for a Holly Field In Cotton Valley Fromation CV RA SUU in Reservior A Nad Haynesville REservoir A.

It is really confusing I guess I'll have to invetigate at the courthouse in DeSoto to really find out what is going on.Thank you your reply is help ful none the less.

Anyone out there with this confusion?

Deborah Taylor,

If you are in S31-T14N-R14W, the HA RB SUMM;JOHN BURFORD 31 H #1 well is waiting on completion. It has a short lateral with only 14,943' measured depth. Rumor has it that they had to stop drilling early because they ran into granular salt. Don't let the Reservoirs and Fields confuse you, they are not important to you.

Deborah, you are looking at a map attached to the original unit application (09-287). Some of those units were renamed as I posted above as part of the actual unit approval process or field order (289-R-28) for the Haynesville Units. I have attached a copy of the field order with map for your information.
