Shelby County has some good rock and some "no go" Haynesville shale.  If you are getting no response, there is a reason and specific location is likely the reason.

I'm right there in the oil shell Anderson's survey is a good piece of land it's carved out of a 133 acres And she'll be video Shelby County Where the action is

Darnetta, in the past I've had mineral offers from a land company in Austin. You might research the Texas capital city for buyers.

Thank you for the Tip I will reach out to them this week and see how it comes

darnetta and Jesse, be advised that there are dozens of mineral companies who read the website weekly but don't post.  They are not members.  Any member who wants to post enough basic information on the minerals they are looking to sell will hear from them.  If you don't, they are not interested.  Every time I have been a presenter at the National Association of Mineral Owners (NARO-LA) - Louisiana chapter, I ask first how many in the audience are members of GHS.com.  There is always a smattering of hands raised.  Then I ask, "and how many here are just lurkers on GHS.com".  No hands are raised but after my presentation several attendees will come up and introduce themselves and offer me their business cards.  Although Keith has some limitations on solicitations on the main page, mineral buyers are free to contact member on their personal pages or in group discussion threads.  Feel free to take advantage of the site rules to seek a buyer.

Looking for a buyer when there are none will not get you a very good price.  Wait until there is activity in your area and the buyers come calling and get multiple offers.  That is the only way to get a good price.  Good luck.  I, for one, would never sell something that costs me zero to own.
