Sounds like you have leased and are in a unit that has been drilled. They are now doing title work to verify ownership of minerals. When title work has been completed, you will receive a division order. If the numbers on the division order matches your numbers, follow the instructions and send it back. Within a couple of months you should start to receive royalty payments.
