Trying calling the Louisiana Department Of Natural Resources. You can Google their phone #.  Also, when it does come back online, be sure to print copies of whatever you deem valuable information.  Be sure to send copes via email and/or scan to your relatives, friends, and anyone who is assisting you. That way if anything ever happens to the information located on the web, you and several others still have copies of much needed information.
