Checking ... will get back. Thanks for the reminder.
Any word??
Since the 30th fell on Saturday, don't know yet.
Actually, the 30th was Friday. But I did find out from my bank that it's scheduled to post tonight - so it looks like they did pay out.
CHall - Thanks for catching that, I realized what I had posted but it was to late to edit. You must have been one of the lucky ones that didn't get caught in the mortgage subordination snafu. Congratulations. Also, pay attention to Les B because he's keeping an eye on the well pad somewhere behind Burgundy Ridge. I will check with my family and catch up with this later.

Best, sesport
Actually, I did get caught up in it. Had a ream of paperwork to submit to Countrywide that was very confusing for the average person - and received it back 1 day before deadline. I saw that Wells Fargo customers hit a wall on theirs, although the neighbors across the street from me got theirs approved by Wells Fargo within a couple of weeks of receiving the subordination requirements.

Hope all goes well with your family over there - I'm right around the corner from them.
CHall & Buck - the draft paid, don't know when, but it IS in the bank. Now to see what happens with that super pad. Buck, you've seen it. And there are those few houses that are near the entrance. Do you think, as I'm not good at guessing distance without a ruler, that the rig will be 500 ft. from those homes?
Okay, I think tha pad I've been to was the one in S16. How do I get to the one in S15? Thanks
Thanks, didn't realize they were so close together. Have a good evening. - sesport

The website was the brainchild of Keith Mauck, a landowner and entrepreneur who recognized a pressing need: landowners in the region had little access to…
