Wake up, this isn't candy land, it's a cut throat game, it always has been and always will be. You should thank your stars you live in the greatest country in the history of mankind and even own any mineral rights, most countries around the world have socialist governments that confiscated mineral rights decades ago. Government thievery is no different than private thievery.

Jerry,
You have to protect your own rights. Pure and simple. No need to rant and rave, you have to protect your rights, whatever they are. If you allow someone to "steal" something from you, you have no one to blame but yourself. If not for oil and gas companies, none of us would ever make a dime.
If you do not like that, drill your own well. You have $10 million plus to do this with?

jerry: when you buy a car, do you pay sticker price? or do you offer the car dealer less than the sticker? are you trying to steal that car?

if you buy a house, do you go around and find out how much other houses are being sold for and then offer the owner the maximum paid for other houses in the area? Or do you try and steal that poor grandmother's/widow's house from her by offering her less than what others are paying?

If someone is paid one dollar for their mineral interest, that by definition, is not stealing. They were paid. Maybe they weren't paid enough, but they were paid.

I can tell a lot more things about the oil crooks just fine you a good land man you can trust to the work for you. Do own title work , don't believe the division order they send you that is there title work. The net mineral acres they say you own is always short they give you because they wont it to be short. I could gone on here all night telling what you need but you would never under stand it all.

When did everyone get so paranoid? My family has had production for many decades, if the EP companies are so bad then just drill your own well. Every thread on here lately has been about getting cheated, reading your own meters etc. It is nearly impossible to hide production, the state is gonna get theirs via severance taxes. Believe you me they keep up with it.

Can we get an admin in here to whack these threads, this man is obviously a liar. I don't believe he owns any mineral rights, and not to demean his education but it is painfullt obvious he isn't too bright.
