Joe, would you post the additional information such as operator, field name and unit name?
Les-

The unit name is HA RA SU81, it is the Converse field and the operator is Chesapeake.

Joe
Joe, perfect - thanks for the additional information.
What is you want to know?
I was just wanting to know if anyone else received the notice. The unit is not in the range where I have land although the section where I have land (S30, T9N R13W) touches a corner of this section.
In theory, they notify all owners within 1000(?) feet of the edges of the unit.
That's true - but I know there is at least one other unit that is within 1000 feet and I never received a notice for the formation of that unit. Maybe just an oversight.
Some people never get the notice for the section they're in, either.
Just an FYI - received a pre-application notice for another unitization in this track:

S24 - HA RA SU88

The company is Chesapeake.
Joe, I assume this is also in T9N-R14W and the Converse Field.

Also, did the unit include the east half of Section 23?
Les-

Yes, you are correct on both accounts and it does include the East half of section 23.
