Any new info on the going negotiated rates for the Tiger pipeline? I saw where they're initial offer is $7125 an acre for permanent ROW (60') and $1425 per acre for the temporary workspace (65'). No mention of rods. Thanks.

Bacon: I like your judge.
Well...Anyone finalize a contract with ETP/Tiger yet?
Bacon,

I realize that it is comparing apples to oranges but....The State of LA paid $14,000 per acre to landowners in 15n 14w, sections 13, 22 and 21. This was to widen Stonewall-Frierson Road.

For the ETP pipeline, if you don't have access to DeSoto Parish Clerk of Court records, I could take a look for you and run some names to see if I can find any ROW Agreements that have been recorded. Just let me know if you want me to search.
Sorry, I was wrong, the amount was for $28,000.00
have they started surveying and staking on anyones property yet. so far i only have a couple of stakes and a few ribbons.
Recent offer from Tiger is $500 a rod for ROW plus minimal damages and access. Anyone seen anything better? Thanks.
3 years ago the Gulf South pipeline needed a 40' ROW. ETP/Tiger says that now, 60' ROW is "required". Same 42" pipe. Anyone know anything about current pipeline regulations? Thanks.
Tiger pipeline guy skulking around in my town here in Texas and secretly meeting with family members. Seeking a weak link in my opinion. Offering $789 per rod in Desoto Parish.
Interestingly enough, today they claimed that they were only authorized to pay $674 maybe $700 a rod. Thanks for the info.
Bacon..... Tiger pipeline guy claiming all he needs is one signature to lock in at $789 per rod. With 25+ hiers we told him if he thinks he can get away with one person signing and not getting 80% of the hiers he will get sued. These guys are something else!
I'd add that after the "maybe $700" the possibility of expropriation was thrown out. I also heard that they were going as high as $1200 a rod if there were special connections or stations involved.

The Acadia line is another 42" that is paralleling the Gulf South line (they want a 45' ROW). They are just starting survey so we'll see if they have a better attitude.
What is highest per sqft or per linear ft and width or per acre that any of you have actually been paid for ROW from a "pipeline" company and not a "producer".... in Shelby Co or other East Texas Counties or west LA?
Looking for facts, not "what I have heard"... Best Regards
