Bashle:

It bears confirmation, but I was under the impression that the Federal date was ca. 1934.

The state date went into effect as of the effective date of the 1921 Constitution (1/1/1921).

After these dates, the sovereign entities cannot divest themselves of mineral rights, and own them in perpetuity on any patents or deeds issued after this date.

I never thought of it before, but if state and federal government own mineral right then they would more than likely be big supporters of using natgas as a 20 year bridge to alternative energy due to the savings nationwide and the major income stream they would have. It would be a win-win for the government.

Thats because they don't own it and a very long time ago a man by the name S.L was adopted in to the government they had him doing all kinds of things, showed him shipped him out of the us had him as a gov slave to the man like they do now. not knowing we live by the lord they thought we would never go this far to finding info out on this land Lower Cotton Valley Zone Reservoir A Elm Grove field in Bossier parish louisiana.thats just a lil of it. feel free to contact me i walk with god and no man in flesh can take from me what god has already has in store.

You're probably right Baron. But its been kind of slow around here! The only thing fun is listening to the healthcare reform pimps try and lie their way out of a pickle and replying back to emails from the White House...okay, mass distribution junk mail from Axelrod and other liars and henchmen! I've asked them to either stop telling lies or stop emailing me. Neither has occurred!

I am confused though as to what the point really is and how it ties to this topic. Maybe I need an interpreter. Unfortunately I can't figure out heads nor tails of it.

I think you are right. Maybe she should call Washington D.C.; they are really good at handing out checks! Almost as good as they are at confiscating the top third of all your money!
