When did Exco sell its Vernon Field in Jackson Parish to Compass Energy Operating?

I think compass energy is still owned by exco.

EXCO spun off it's "conventional" assets (vertical wells) in LA and TX in 2013 into a master limited partnership (EXCO/HGI JV Assets, LLC), sold 75% of the ownership to institutional partners, but still operated the properties. The MLP was renamed Compass Energy Operating in mid-2014.
