Activity seems to be picking up including the demand for water!  Ponds are drying up because of the drought... so will drilling stall if the available water supply dwindles?  Will oil/gas companies drill water wells to resupply ponds or is that something where we must rely on mother nature.  Also, I've heard going rates for water between .25-.45 cents a barrel.  Is that about right?  thanks.
