Has anyone heard if the well and operating costs coming down yet due to the downturn?

Most of the operators has said so in their transcripts of their quarterlies. Or that they are working on it. If I remember correctly CHK has done the best.

Scott, not only have rig rates decreased but drill times have been reduced from 60+ days down to ~ 40 to 45 day average. Total well drill & complete capital cost seem to be headed to the $7MM to $8MM territory.
