Dbob--- My Apology my wife had misplaced lease so downloaded from county website copy of lease. Yep offset from building home, etc on the land presently is 200' and of course Lessee has right to come and go on land. So need to vary my question. Operator will still need ROW agreement or not since surface and mineral owner one and same or is implied in lease? Then does 200' still hold for a plan home that is staked? Can I make him move pad site if he permits it on the area I plan to build? So needs Ben's comment
