However, if there were a deal with the West to end its nuclear program, Iran could move oil that it may have in storage into market, spurring a temporary jump in prices.

Someone explain to me how Iran moving more oil into the world market could cause a spike in prices... which are currently depressed due to over supply.

Crude production is at a four decade high however drilling is not.  The rig count has been in decline for 14 weeks with a total of 653 rigs dropped to date. 

There is so many contradictions, and innuendo in that article it makes my head spin. A true leftist communist wrote that article. More drivel for the unwashed masses! But I digress!
