Pls add this meeting to the EVENT [bottom of main page]section of this website
What is the meeting about and who is it sponsored by?
By various home owners in Blanchard and North Shreveport. No mineral soliciting is allowed. We are not taking a percent of your money. We are not locking anyone into a contract. Longwood, Mooringsport, any other homeowners are welcome.
Thank you
So who would be attending that could give us current information on what's going on, what's being offered where, and strategy for negotiating and proceeding. Lots of the information is here in the WEB and I'm wondering if any new and additional information will come from someone in the "know." Or is this a jam session between all us "lay people", aka sort of informed dummies?
You probably know more than you think. Our rule is keeping it simple. We are researching what the "Going" Bonus and Royalty are. We are not taking our offer to just one company. We are taking it multiple. The market will decide our best deal. This meeting is to organize. It will not be a 5 hour question and answer on legal issues. We will hold subsequent meetings which will become more detailed as we get more involved.

Right now we are asking everyone to get the word out about www.northparkestates.net and do not sign the first offer you see. Please fill out the questions so we can calculate how much property we can pull together. We will use these calculations during the negotiation phase. There are strength in numbers. The bigger the better, so organize now to get a better offer later.

To answer your questions, we have people in the community who are very knowledgeable joining us. For instance, we have rough neckers to attorneys offering their expertise. When the entire community organizes and works together we all benefit.

Thanks
