I have 40 acres in Section 10 of 19T 16W but haven't received any offers. Has anybody else from that area received anything? Thanks.

I HAVE 20 ACRES IN T19 S10 NO OFFERS YET. LET YOU KNOW IF I DO. RUMOR HAS IT THAT PROBABLY THE LARGEST LANDHOLDER IN OUR SECTION WHERE THEY PLAN TO DRILL HAS ALREADY SIGNED FOR PEANUTS HE WONT SAY EXACTLY HOW MUCH ONLY BETWEEN 4000 AND 8000. ANOTHER 18 ACRE HOLDER GOT 4000. WHERE ARE YOU BARKY MAYBE WE SHOULD TALK.
Your minerals may be HBP.
Since you posted your inquiry, have you been contacted by anyone wanting to lease your 40 acres? If so, I would be interested in knowing since we also have acreage in 19T 16W.

Maybe we can join together in search of lease agreements to determine the status of our minerals.
