As you can tell, I am new to this. I have mineral ownership in Nacogdoches Co. which is under lease to EOG. My brother who recently passed away negotiated the lease and I was just recently made aware there is activity in the area. About all I know is the Prospect name is Pearson Northeast and located Northeast of Nacogdoches. I have attempted to learn something from EOG with little success. Would anyone know the area and any news of activity? Many thanks.

I am also new to this, my family has the rights to 165 acres in nacogdoches county (A-893) currently leased to Range resources. The lease will be over soon, any suggestions?
Thanks
sit tight-- lots of good James Lime H wells near you--- even if it expires you will have some one door on your door one day in next few years if not sooner and then you can get better terms like 25% royalty, etc your moneys in the ground not the lease bonus
What about the Haynesville shale in this area. It is about 20 miles from the big wells EOG has drilled.
