Pipeline without Payment

Found out today that Enbridge is working on our Farm off Hwy. 21E. without a lease.
What are our options?
We have been in negotiations but nothing is signed.

Are they putting in a pipeline or preparing to drill? Do you own surface or minerals? If you have not sign ROW or lease agreement believe the best thing for you to do is go see oil & gas attorney. Take pictures.
