Can anyone get the Well History/completion data? Was the well stimulated and/or gravel/sand packed?

Yes - its a Polk County well - the completion report does not provide any information, other than tubing sizes, pressure, and depth

They entered "NA" on the G-1 in the area that asks whether the well was acidized, fracked, etc. They must have very good natural fractures. 

Wow, dbob - I assume it's in Polk Co. - ?
