Atinum is applying for a permit to drill an alternate well for the old Clark 23-1 in St. Landry. Looks like a single diagonal running from the SW corner (1571' from west unit line) of the AUS C RA SUS to the NW corner (1102' from west unit line). That should be a very interesting one to watch as it will be next to one of the biggest wells produced in St. Landry Parish.

Hi Watt

How long has the other well been in production.

Hey Craig, that old Clark 23-1 was brought in back in 1/98. It was a strong well with an initial hit of 50,000 brrls the first month. As with all AC wells the gaudy numbers fell off within eight months. But it is still producing and active.

This well will be between the Clark 23-1 and the Turner 22-1. 22-1 (11/99 and still producing) did an initial hit of 100,000 brrls it's first month and beaucoup gas.

Atinum York 23-1 could really be a good one. Unfortunately we have no interests in the SUS. Go figure!

"Missed us by that much!"

Just where is it located????????/Merry Xmas

A section north and east of where Bayou Current splits off of Bayou Rouge Frankie. Bayou Current actually splits section 23. Before Tawpaw was filled in and became part of a field it used to hook in with Current right there. We used to really get into the wood ducks down there back in the day.

Merry Christmas to you and yours!

As the crow flies how far from Swayza Lake area and Palmetto.............

From Swayze Lake it's got to be somewhere around 22/23 miles N? Palmetto about 10/11 NE? Where 360 crosses Bayou Rouge it's about 3 or 4 miles NE from that point. Right below Flat Lake to the SW.

Know the area thanks..........
