Thanks so much for all the info everyone!!! Much appreciated! I do know there is a well just north of my property on pumpkin center road accross the street from a cousin. I'm hoping they are still moving south but we shall see. Havent had any offers as of yet but would be curious to know what I should be expecting besides the quarter interest in royalties, from the well head ;).
