Hi! I own a home in Swan Lake, but currently live in Austin. My father is renting my home from me. I know very little about everything that is going on, there isn't too much information about what people are doing in my area (Swan Lake/Meadowview) as far as leasing their mineral rights. I contacted a business that did the leasing and they told me I should be with a group to get the best deal. My father told me members of the community are getting together to sign something on the 16th. This gives me about a day to find out what's going on and if I need to make a trip to be there. Does anyone know anything about what's going on in the area? ANY help would be much appreciated.
