here's what I got out of it.....

The landmen continue to say that $5500 is the best they can offer
individual land owners, but they may offer more if we "pool" our land with many others.

One guy (Chiarella, or somesuch) was trying to get people to sign up with his group.....he's saying he can get a signing bonus in the 25K range.....but he is charging 4% for his services.

Another group (Melton) is trying to get people together.....no charge from them. They gave no number on what they expected to get in bonus money.

Other than than, nothing real important. The landmen did say that
things were just getting started.....and they didn't think there would ever come a time when they would not be interested in leasing our land.
