This well is: state # 241330 -- i.e., HA RA SUK; JESTMA LLC 15 H
If someone signed a lease, they should be in pay status (unless there's a title issue or some unforeseen circumstance).
In other words, it's a good well. Also, per the low prices of NG, another well might not be drilled for sometime, yet BHP is the wild card per its deep pockets. Note: Possibly 6 to 8 total such wells (or more, depending on the formations, e.g., HAY and BOSSIER) might be drilled over the next 5 to 10 or more years.
