Brenoland, KCS (which is a subsidery of Petrohawk/BHP) is the operator. 

And per La. state's online public database (SONRIS) -- the well was:  COMPLETED 8-30-10; GAS; HAYNESVILLE RA; 9778 MCFD; 16/64 CHOKE; 238 BWD; 7818# CP; PERFS 11,490-15,981' MD

This well is:  state # 241330 -- i.e., HA RA SUK; JESTMA LLC 15 H

If someone signed a lease, they should be in pay status (unless there's a title issue or some unforeseen circumstance).

In other words, it's a good well.  Also, per the low prices of NG, another well might not be drilled for sometime, yet BHP is the wild card per its deep pockets.  Note:  Possibly 6 to 8 total such wells (or more, depending on the formations, e.g., HAY and BOSSIER) might be drilled over the next 5 to 10 or more years.
