BML well was put on line yesterday, the Doles well is still being flowed back and tested but should be online soon. Also of note the well in the game reserve that started this is said to be going back online in the next couple of weeks.

This is wonderful news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the game reserve? The Hughes well or the Devon well?

WEISER-BROWN OPERATING - EXXON-MOBILE #2 - S/N 239523 - S12-22N-1E

I hope you are better guessing barrels than beans Sarah! If the Doles' numbers come in close to your number, imagine what is to come in the brown dense! This may be a dumb question but can you go back in the previous 3 brown dense wells and refract with the 'new formula'?

I hope I am too Barbara!

If it's as simple as the frac method, then it may be possible.  What I wonder about is the pressure talked about in the current wells.  Does that mean there is no reason to re-complete the earlier wells because it's the rocks, not the formula?  I don't know, and I hope not...

The completion design is important but IMO the formation pressure is critical.  I think it will take both together to meet SWN's target IP.  Then it will depend on the decline curve to determine if SWN will move to full development.

Maybe we will get some news from this.

Southwestern Energy at Capital One Southcoast Energy Conference - 12:40PM EST - Add to calendar

Maybe, but we're not able to listen to it.  The ones we can listen to have a little icon to click on for the webcast, this one doesn't have it.  I was wondering what it takes to attend a conference like this.  I would assume you have to be invited?

most unproven O&G ventures eventually end up in JVs. It allows a quicker recover of capital investment, spreads the risk, and, depending on the partner and arrangement, can bring more expertise into a project. By doing a JV, this would free up some capital for SWN to prospect in another area.
