- after 120 days the Sharp is producing 500bopd and 1.2mcfd

- expect Sharp to produce 600-700k barrells of oil

- SWN considers the Sharp a discovery well and plans 5-6 offsetting wells in 2014

- right now they consider the discovery limited to 2 townships but could encompass the entire leashold, they are not sure

- the last few wells and over next year they want to define the extent of the best area by drilling wells on the periphery

- play could be significant to the company

- BML will pay out and Dean will give a 2-5% return

- SWN estimates 30 million barrells of oil per square mile but not sure recover %, maybe 5-8% like in Eagleford or Bakken but not sure

- lots of oil in the play as the formation is 400ft thick and saturated
