Folks, I am trying to find any comparable R-O-W agreements in SW Arkansas, preferably in  Columbia, Union and/or Lafayette Counties.  My problem is that I cannot find any idea of a price per linear foot or per rod (16.5 feet) for lines in this area.  The closest we've come up with is $375/rod for a major pipeline in the Fayetteville area, and this is much much higher than what we are being offered ($5 per linear foot).

I have looked over the threads on what to put into ROW contracts, but what I need is an area-specific price to ask for.  Any help on that would be welcome!

I find it hard to believe that this is virgin pipeline country.  I know there are lines in neighboring Claiborne Parish.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
